I just recently reacquired some old LP's that I thought were lost, and yet my mom found them! The most important is a 1966 LP from Leo the Lion/MGM Records, "The Official Adventures of Batman and Robin", produced at the height of the late 1960's Batmania craze. Truly, these are rare treasures!
The audio content are radio-style plays that predate the Power Records releases. I haven't seen anyone put these files up online, so I decided to make a fan video of the first quarter of the record: "The Legend of the Batman", incorporating visual elements from Golden Age sources by Bob Kane, Jerry Robinson, Dick Sprang, Sheldon Moldoff, etc. I had a lot of fun putting it together and I hope you enjoy! Please comment and share!

RIP Norm Breyfogle
Norm’s Batman was a huge influence on me and probably my favorite interpretation of the character. Sad to hear of his passing.

Censored Eleven headed for dvd release?

Being a huge fan of classic American animation, I am excited to see that Warner Bros. are finally considering giving these shorts an official release. Despite how they are viewed now, they were an important part of film history!
Lost Legends...
A big R.I.P. to two people whose work had a huge impact on my life:
Peter Steele - Singer/bassist/songwriter for the band Type O Negative (April 15).
Carl Macek - Producer/writer (April 17). Best known for "Robotech" and adapting such films as "AKIRA" & "LENSMAN" for the U.S. market, along with other anime projects. The U.S. anime industry would not be what it is today.
